Subrata “Saby” Chatterjee

Mr. Chatterjee has experience in engineering, construction, procurement and project management for power projects globally including power generation, quality & reliability assurance, renewable energy and cogeneration of electrical energy.  Some of the highlights of his career include:

·         Managed as President a power development company with multidisciplinary experts and succeeded in financial closing of four (4) power projects.

·         Worked with clients such as Cincinnati Gas and Electric, Baltimore Gas & Electric, Potomac Electric Power, Etc.

·         On behalf of Exxon Nuclear Power Corporation worked as consultant in the start-up of Monticello Nuclear Plant Off Gas system.

·         On behalf of Philcogen per formed analysis for application of Combined Heating/Cooling and Power (CHP) to industrial projects.  

·         For Bechtel Power Corporation performed various electrical field engineering services. Responsible for implementing Separation Criteria for Class 1E equipments

·         On behalf of Exxon Nuclear reviewed and approved construction documents for Monticello Nuclear Power Generating Station

·         For Ebasco Services Inc., performed as QA specialist/Principle Engineer for multi-disciplinary team responsible verification for nuclear reactor in Chin Shan Nuclear Power Plant in Taiwan to load fuel

To ensure that the Company remains at the forefront of the solar industry with respect to materials, processes and products, Square One has established an advisory board to assist the Company in guiding its product development going forward.  The Advisory Board comprises of experts in the areas of not only solar and alternative energy but also finance and corporate governance. 

New members will be added as the Company moves forward and identifies other IPs that are synergistic with Square One’s existing technologies.
